5. Revisions

Once full payment is completed, the final approved website work belongs to the client unless stated otherwise.

BroDev may display completed projects in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.

7. Third-Party Platforms

We may work with platforms such as Shopify, hosting providers, domains, themes, plugins, and third-party apps.

We are not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, or pricing updates made by these third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

BroDev is not responsible for:

• Third-party platform failures

• Hosting/server downtime

• Data loss caused by external services

• Business losses resulting from service interruptions
